Neurodivergent Child Thrive
Why You're So Tired

Why You're So Tired (It's Not Just You)

If daily routines feel like uphill battles, you’re not alone.

You’ve tried charts, apps, timers, therapy. But mornings are still chaos. Socks are “too scratchy.” Homework ends in tears. You’re repeating, “Did you brush your teeth? Where’s your backpack?” until you’re hoarse.

By the time you get your child to school, you’re already exhausted and behind on your own day.

Late at night you wonder: Will my child ever be independent? How long can I keep this up?

It’s not that you’re not trying hard enough. It’s that you haven’t had tools tailored to your neurodivergent child—and to the way your family actually lives.

If you can send a text or an email, you can use AI to make daily life easier. No tech background required.

About Shana

Hi, I’m Shana, founder of Neurobright AI.

I’ve taught many, many neurodiverse students and I’m a parent of a neurodiverse child myself. I know what it’s like to sit in the car after school drop-off and feel bone-tired exhaustion and the day has only just begun.

When I started using AI to create personalized, offline tools—visual routines, checklists, and scripts for tough moments—everything changed. Now I teach parents how to use these same tools for their own families.
